New Brighton residents describe living by 'smackhead city' after flat closure

A quiet Wirral street became “smackhead city”, according to one neighbour, ahead of a nearby property being shut down after causing distresss in the community. The flat on Tollemache Street in New Brighton was hit with a three-month closure order after reports of serious anti-social behaviour at all hours.
